The oral doctoral examination of Ben Kaufman, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Tuesday, June 9, at 2 p.m. in the Carnegie Library, room 219 and via Zoom. Kaufman’s advisors are Professor Graham Leuschke and Dan Zacharia. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Claudia Miller, and Josh Pollitz. Professor Arindam Chakraborty will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “On the Extension Conjecture for Koszul Algebras.”
